2. Phone Mirroring Compatibility
Supports CarPlay and HDMI™ IN only. Wi-Fi is exclusively for wireless CarPlay connection, not for internet access. To play videos, connect a device with HDMI™ OUT (up to 2K) to the HDMI™ IN port. If you are using a TV stick, you can manually set it to 2K to ensure compatibility.
Our product does not include an HDMI™ cable for connecting the phone. It only supports phones with DP (DisplayPort) protocol, such as iPhone 15, Samsung S23, etc. Click to verify. To use mirroring via HDMI™, please note the following:
Android phones must support the DP protocol and require our Type-C → HDMI™ cable.
iPhones must purchase the Lightning/Type-C → HDMI™ cable from the official Apple website.
Tip: the USB port on the adapter is designed for firmware updates and should not be used to power HDMI™ devices, to avoid insufficient power supply issues.
Netflix Mirroring Notice
Netflix screen mirroring functionality depends on your subscription type.
❌ Standard with ads: does not support screen mirroring or external display output.
✅ Standard (ad-free) and Premium: normally support screen mirroring.
If Netflix cannot be displayed via mirroring, please check your subscription plan and consider upgrading.
This limitation is imposed by Netflix and is not device-dependent.
