Order processing time
- This is the time between the customer placing the order and the seller handing the order over to the shipping service.
- Normally, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after order/payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
- Our warehouse is only open Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (may vary by country).
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
Shipping to Italy only
Note: Logistics updates may take 3–4 days to appear in the system. We ask for your patience — once the tracking number is available, we will send it to you immediately via email.
Shipment Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number is active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information updates can take 48 to 72 hours.
- If you are unable to track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Exceeded delivery time
If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at support@ottocast.it, we will clarify the situation promptly with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If payment has been completed and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order before your item is delivered. The full amount will then be refunded.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped.

- Kindly reminder:
- If you do not live in a secure location, choose the shipping method wisely, as standard mail carriers do not require a signature and will leave packages in any location deemed "safe" by mail carriers.
- We are not responsible for addresses incorrectly entered by you as a customer.
- A logistics fee equal to 10% of the total amount per item will be charged if you do not collect your item and it is returned.
Taxes and Customs Duties
We cover all customs duties and taxes for the entire European region.
However, in countries with high import taxes exceeding 10%, including but not limited to Brazil, India, and Mexico, such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
