Is this product compatible with my vehicle?

If your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired CarPlay system, this product is compatible. This includes vehicles with both wired and wireless CarPlay connections. However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection.

Does the adapter need to be re-paired every time it is used?

No, it is not necessary to re-pair the adapter every time it is used. Once set up correctly, your phone will automatically connect to the adapter when you start your vehicle.

How do I connect the adapter to my phone?

The adapter features both WiFi and Bluetooth hardware. It will connect to your phone via Bluetooth and send WiFi credentials. Then the adapter will disconnect from the Bluetooth network and work exclusively via WiFi.

Is this product compatible with iPhones?

Yes, this product is compatible with all iPhone models, from iPhone 6 (with iOS 10) to iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Can I connect multiple phones to the adapter?

Yes, you can connect multiple phones to the adapter. The adapter will automatically connect to the last paired phone if present in the vehicle. If the last paired phone is not available, you can manually connect to the other phone.

Does this product come with installation instructions?

1. Enable Bluetooth and WiFi networks on your phone.

2. Make sure your phone is not connected to any other WiFi or Bluetooth networks and remove any hands-free connections from your phone and car system settings.

3. Connect the adapter to the CarPlay USB port.

4. Wait for the interface to appear on the screen.

5. On your phone, go to the list of Bluetooth devices and select the one whose name begins with AUTO-xx.

6. When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.

7. Once connected, select "Use CarPlay" when the notification appears.

How do I update the adapter?

1. Connect your phone to the adapter and wait until CarPlay appears on the screen.

2. Open your web browser and enter the address 192.168.1.101.

3. If an update is available, click on it to start the update process.

4. Wait until the update progress bar reaches 100%.

5. Once the update is complete and CarPlay reappears on the screen, the update process is complete.

What is the average connection time of the adapter?

The adapter's average connection time varies depending on your phone and car, but it typically takes 7 to 14 seconds to establish a connection.

When can I expect to receive my order?

In general, orders will be delivered within 10-15 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and customer location. Factors such as the time of year can also affect delivery times.

Will I be provided with a confirmation number for my order?

Yes, after you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

After purchasing, can I get a refund if I don't like it?
