Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us in time via email at

*Please note that for orders without discount codes, we can only refund the price difference within 24 hours due to changes in promotions.

*If you need to cancel your order 12 hours after payment, we will charge a $15 shipping handling fee to cover the manual warehouse handling fee for your package.

Make sure you have a clear understanding of shipping times and related product information. If the refund is caused by the customer, we will charge an order processing fee of $15.

Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Returns process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, i.e. unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $35-$50 restocking fee from the amount you paid if we made no errors with your order.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery will be subject to a $35-$50 restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Refund or exchange
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and charge your refund.

Order cancellation
We can cancel your order for you if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If your payment is finished and your package is not shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. And we will refund the full amount.
Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

1. We would appreciate if you ship it via DHL, not via other express company.
2. The description of the item should be "Video Interface"
3. Invoice value should be $20/pc.
4. Remove all famous trademarks on the packaging.
